Download Help Files

Are the DOORS and DXL manuals for v9.6.1 online anywhere, preferably in *.chm format but also *.pdf?

I have the DXL_Help_v9521.chm and DOORS_Help_v9204.chm downloaded already.

CHM files have not been available since 9.5.2.
